How Our Technologies Work Together

Radar-Based Lane Keeping — Precision at Highway Speeds

Radar-Based Lane Keeping System

The foundation of the HEART stack. Rather than relying on painted lane markings that fade or disappear under snow, our radar lane keeping system uses passive trihedral corner cube reflectors embedded in road infrastructure to provide centimeter-accurate position feedback.

The unique retroreflective property of the trihedral geometry: radar energy directed at the reflector returns precisely along the incident path — giving the vehicle a strong, unambiguous signal regardless of weather or lighting conditions. Core to our patented architecture.

  • Passive infrastructure — no power required at the road level
  • ±5–10mm lane precision at speeds up to 130 km/h
  • Fully operational in fog, rain, snow, and night conditions
  • Compatible with 76–81 GHz automotive radar frequencies
  • Retrofit-ready for existing highway infrastructure
Elastic Platooning — Synchronized Fleet Movement

Elastic Platooning System

Elastic platooning enables multiple vehicles to form coordinated convoys on highway corridors, with V2X-synchronized braking and acceleration that allows safe following distances far shorter than human reaction times would permit.

The “elastic” property refers to the system’s ability to dynamically adjust inter-vehicle spacing based on real-time speed, load, road grade, and weather — maintaining safety margins while maximizing throughput. Supports fleet electrification solutions and highway automation solutions.

  • V2X-synchronized convoy with sub-100ms reaction latency
  • 30% aerodynamic drag reduction on trailing vehicles
  • Model Predictive Control (MPC) — Simulink-validated
  • Scales from 2-vehicle to 12+ vehicle platoons
EV Battery Swapping — Eliminating Range Anxiety on Highways

EV Battery Swapping Infrastructure

While fast-charging solutions require 20–45 minutes of downtime per vehicle — unacceptable for continuous fleet logistics — our battery swapping architecture defines a standardized cassette format compatible across vehicle classes, paired with automated roadside exchange stations.

Supports fleet electrification across USA and India highway corridors. Integrates with highway automation solutions and the lane exclusivity model.

  • Standardized battery cassette format — cross-fleet compatible
  • Sub-5-minute automated swap operation
  • Station spacing designed for 50km corridor intervals
  • Smart off-peak charging at stations

V2X Communication. IMU and Sensor Fusion. Patented Architectures.

📶

V2X Communication

Vehicle-to-everything communication using IEEE 802.11p and C-V2X standards. Real-time data exchange between vehicles, road infrastructure, and traffic management systems. Core to elastic platooning.

🧭

IMU and Sensor Fusion — Navigation Without GPS Dependency

Inertial Measurement Unit data fused with radar and V2X inputs to provide continuous, drift-free vehicle position and orientation — even in GPS-denied environments. Bridges radar lane keeping gaps.
